Experimental studies of carbon reinforced copper nanocomposites will be carried out to measure dispersion and interaction between nanostructured carbons with cooper matrix using resonant Raman spectroscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The student will receive research training in Raman spectroscopy and high resolution electron microscopy. This visit will enforce a recently initiated collaboration between CEMES-CNRS and Tianjin University (China).
